What's happening?
We've been experiencing an issue with the iPhone Unlatching Tool since yesterday morning which is resulting in us being unable to unlatch iPhones. We're continuing to work on fixing the issue however at this time we are unable to advise when this will be resolved.

In the meantime we're investigating alternative options to allow iPhones to be unlatched.

What does this mean for our customers?
We've been unable to unlock customer's iPhones since Monday morning.  All customers requesting their iPhone to be unlatched will have been advised that it takes up to 3 days to complete and we're doing our utmost to ensure that this timeline is still met.

What do I need to say?
If a customer queries when their iPhone will be unlocked please apologise for any delay and advise that the request should be completed over the next couple of days.

What do I need to do?
If you receive a new request to unlock an iPhone please advise the customer that there may be a delay in their iPhone being unlatched with it now taking up to 7 days to be completed.  Please continue to process the request through Your Companion.  We'll hold all requests and complete these when the issue with the tool is resolved.
